Qualifications include: • A minimum of two years prior experience in the structural design of commercial and/ or industrial buildings and similar structures. • Graduate from an ABET accredited Civil or Structural Engineering program, Master of Science degree is encouraged. • Registered Engineering Intern in the State of Iowa or another state. • Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD software, with preference towards experience with REVIT. • Experience with structural analysis and design software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills and work ethic. • PC experience in a Windows-based environment; working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, email, and web-enabled applications. Responsibilities include: • Structural engineering design for commercial/industrial buildings, construction engineering services and other industries as assigned. • Supervise structural technicians performing design layout and assist with documentation of design using Revit 2016/17. • Edit office standard specifications for project construction documents.

• Perform construction site visits and review shop drawings. • Participate in client and other consultant engagement, including coordination of equipment and other project requirements as necessary. • Assist with project management, including scope, schedule and budget development and oversight on assigned projects.
